CALL for Member Group Session

This is a self-organized session run by several EASE members.
The requirements for the session and how to apply are as follows.


Application period: May 1, 2021 - May 20, 2021
Notification of Acceptance: May 31, 2021 (tentative)
Session time: 60 minutes / 1 session
Requirements: The followings must be met

   (1) At least three members need to be involved to plan and speak at the session.
   (2) All the participants of this session must have registered for the session*.

*Registration means that your group members have registered as “presenter” or “participant” and have been issued “ticket number”.

Peer-Review: Based on the materials submitted at the time of application, the local committee and reviewers will conduct a peer review.

◆Session Abstract will be published in the e-proceeding.

◆Session Abstract should be prepared using the specified template. Please check the template for notes on preparation.

◆Final uploaded submission(Abstract) must be NOT more than 4 pages (2pages minimum) - This includes all references, tables and figures, which should be kept to a minimum.

◆The Local Committee will contact you within one week of your entry mail.

◆If you do not receive our reply, please contact the Local Committee.
